Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Entity Support Manager to join our team at Service Access & Management, Inc. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that assigned Counties remain compliant with state standards and regulations and related provisions contained in the Administrative Entity (AE) Operating Agreement pertaining to the waiver programs of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).

The successful candidate will provide oversight of local ID/A System, participate in ODP Meetings and Training, and responsibly implement assigned Delegated Functions. They will also interact with State and County Officials, ensure local compliance with regulations, and promote client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Five years' experience in the Human Services field
  • Automobile and Valid Insurance
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances
  • FBI Fingerprint Clearance
  • Social Security Card
  • Immigration and Naturalization (I-9)
  • Drug Screening Clearance

Working Conditions:

Prolonged periods working on a computer in an open office environment, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, work may be required at nights and on weekends, travel throughout the SAM footprint may be extensive, travel may be in adverse weather conditions, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
