  • Engage in data entry and case processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist in managing case-flow functions, including docket entry and preparation of court documents.
  • Support both in-person and virtual court hearings by operating necessary tools and ensuring smooth proceedings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding court processes and assist with form completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely information to the public.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in clerical, secretarial, or data entry roles, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Proficiency in office technology and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, showcasing a positive and professional demeanor.
