Judicial Assistant

The Judicial Assistant provides critical support to the court's operations, handling a range of tasks including data entry, case processing, and customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform specialized clerical and administrative work with heavy data entry and case processing.
- Operate various tools to support in-person and virtual court hearings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting with filling-out forms and preparing for court appearances.
- Maintain accurate records and provide information to the public and court staff.
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Two years of clerical, secretarial, or data entry experience, with preference given to candidates with prior experience in a legal setting.
- College training may be substituted for work experience on a year-for-year basis.
