Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to provide an excellent customer experience to all of our guests and cultivate a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and scheduling clients.

Responsibilities
  • Increase membership and retail sales
  • Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Schedule appointments in person or by phone/text
  • Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment
Requirements
  • 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day and evenings until 8:00pm
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
