About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Carrier. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for our Automated Logic hardware and software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our hardware and software products
  • Collaborate with other engineers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Deliver feedback to documentation and training teams to improve product and user materials
  • Conduct final checkouts of new products before release to ensure quality and functionality
  • Participate in beta testing and contribute to the ongoing development of products
  • Assist the training department with content delivery and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role or with hardware and software products
  • Relevant technical certification
  • Experience in a Tier Three technical support role
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
  • Knowledge of networking, control systems, and automation
  • English communication skills, both written and verbal
