Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to provide exceptional care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role requires a strong background in neonatal nursing and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Certification Requirements
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
  • EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
  • Tech Cert Verification - National
  • HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
  • STABLE
  • State License Verification
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide care for neonates in a level III NICU.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pharmacy, physical therapy, and social services.
  • Maintain a professional appearance with navy scrubs (not provided).
  • Document patient care using Meditech.
  • Utilize SBAR communication for effective information transfer.
Qualifications
  • Required Certifications: BLS (AHA only), NRP, STABLE
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in NICU; first-time travelers with 5+ years experience will be considered.
  • Essential Skills: Proficient in neonatal care practices including blood glucose monitoring, IV maintenance, and respiratory support.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in high-risk deliveries, NICU transport, and pediatric care.

  • I-9 documentation required.
  • Unexpired government-issued photo ID is necessary.
  • E-Verify participation is mandatory.
  • Compliance with AHA guidelines is essential.
