Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Utilize evidence-based practice to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education is required. No experience is necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment is essential.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires constant standing and walking, frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting and moving of patients. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
