Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor and record patient condition, and communicate with patients and their families as needed.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
- Communicate with Physicians: Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and may round with physicians in an inpatient setting.
- Apply Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the existing body of evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge in healthcare to nursing practice, ensuring that nursing care is delivered based on patient's age-specific needs and clinical needs.
- Work in a Team Environment: Work collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- Experience: No experience required.
- Licensure: Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA), and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment.
