We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, promoting our products and services, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Promote our products and services, educating clients on the benefits of our tanning solutions and skin care products.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist with daily operations, including setting up tanning rooms, sanitizing equipment, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
