Job Overview

Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking a highly skilled Trust and Estates Associate to join its team of experienced professionals. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential estate planning opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals.
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents, including estate plans, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in estate planning, including sophisticated drafting, estate and trust administration, and estate and tax compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex matters efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interaction and document preparation.
  • Analytical mindset to assess legal issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • LLM degree, enhancing expertise in trusts and estates law.
