Job Title: Trust and Estates Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Associate Attorney to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for drafting wills and trusts, managing estate administration matters, and interacting with clients to handle matters independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Prepare and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Estate Administration: Manage estate administration matters, including probate, estate tax returns, and distribution of assets.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance on estate planning and administration matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure seamless execution of estate planning and administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Trust and Estates law.
  • Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
