Risk Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at BankMobile. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Risk organization as a trusted advisor/consultant to the line of business, consulting on major risk factors influencing financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Risk organization in identifying and assessing risk factors that may impact financial success.
- Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor and measure risk exposure.
- Collaborate with business decision-makers to understand their business objectives, data, and needs.
- Evaluate business processes, objectives, and financials to determine various levels of risk.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce risk exposure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or statistics, or commensurate experience in a risk management-type role at a financial services organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly analyze large collections of data and create reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
