Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring that communities are safe and well-maintained.
- Capital Projects: Manage capital projects from conception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards, including building codes, safety regulations, and health codes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of facilities professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
