We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance department. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust quality system for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with product quality.
  • Execute strategic initiatives within the Quality Department to meet operational goals.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of the annual operational plan.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies that enhance operational competitiveness.
  • Create an annual business plan to identify objectives aimed at improving overall quality performance.
  • Set ambitious goals for the Quality team, focusing on continuous improvement activities.
  • Guarantee that internal processes yield products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster a quality-centric culture throughout all production activities.
  • Maintain a cutting-edge quality organization proficient in methodologies such as DOE, SPC, ISO, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Engage with all levels of the organization to promote respect and mission alignment.
  • Assess quality processes to ensure they align with Zentech's integrity and efficiency standards.
  • Report on quality control and operational status to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage and monitor product quality performance, providing regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and independent judgment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, including SMT and assembly techniques.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems, including ISO and ASQ standards.
  • Expertise in quality methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action processes.
  • Solid understanding of APQP, FMEAs, and Statistical Methods.
  • Exceptional leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in statistical process control tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
