Job Title: Patient Representative

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our team at Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine Associates. As a Patient Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our Midtown Charlotte office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in patients, collect payments, and verify insurance information.
  • Process new patient paperwork and update existing records.
  • Prepare for upcoming appointments and ensure accurate patient information.
  • Explain insurance authorization to patients as needed.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments as requested by physicians.
  • Count petty cash and document transactions.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Apply our core values in decision-making and interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
