Job Opportunity

ComForCare Home Health Care - Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Implement interventions to achieve client goals and outcomes
  • Monitor medication and health changes, and update care plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records
  • Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North and South Carolina
  • CPR certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
