Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Ditto's products. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure a cohesive strategy that drives customer adoption, supports sales enablement, and enhances our competitive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for technical product launches, ensuring alignment across all teams and channels.
  • Craft compelling and differentiated product messaging that clearly communicates value propositions to target audiences, including technical and business users.
  • Equip the sales team with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively sell the product, including sales decks, battle cards, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to shape product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market research to provide insights to product development, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop high-impact marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, product videos, and webinars.
  • Work with the demand generation team to plan and execute targeted campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and boost product adoption.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing activities, ensuring that goals are met and strategies are optimized for success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, with a focus on B2B software or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software markets, with knowledge of cloud, SaaS, and data infrastructure technologies (experience with platforms like Snowflake, MongoDB, or Databricks is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in launching and growing products in competitive markets, with proven experience driving go-to-market strategies from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and measuring marketing success.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers and understanding their unique buying processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and product analytics platforms.
  • A technical background or hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data management, or infrastructure technologies.
