We have multiple openings available for the afternoon (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) and midnight (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and determine the root causes of machine failures or operational issues.
- Disassemble malfunctioning machines and equipment, install new or repaired components, and perform minor repairs.
- Install and repair electrical systems, including transformers, wiring, and electronic components of machinery.
- Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems along with associated hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Maintain and repair the physical infrastructure of the plant.
- Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses, etc.) to repair or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment (e.g., hydraulic pumps, electrical systems).
- Execute Continuous Improvement project work orders.
- Monitor and report work progress using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with reliability personnel to manage parts and tool inventory.
- Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as required.
A high school diploma coupled with five years of experience in maintaining electrical, technical, and mechanical systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
An associate's degree with two years of experience in the maintenance of electrical, technical, and mechanical systems.
Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
- Engagement in activities such as walking, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and bending.
- Significant time spent on the production floor, requiring extended periods of standing and walking.
- Frequent use of hands, occasionally in confined spaces.
- Occasional lifting of items, typically under 50 lbs.
- Ability to hear at a conversational level.
- Must be qualified to operate powered industrial equipment.
- Color vision is necessary.
