We are seeking a highly skilled IoT Data Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Henny Penny. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring our connected equipment in customers' kitchens, identifying patterns and anomalies, and providing proactive support to our technical services teams to resolve issues.

This role requires a deep understanding of IoT technologies, data analytics, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing processes for remote monitoring and diagnostics of commercial food service equipment
  • Ensuring integration of IoT devices with existing equipment and seamless data flow between devices and cloud platforms
  • Supporting the equipment installation process involving device connectivity, working closely with technicians and store managers
  • Monitoring and analyzing data from customers' equipment to detect anomalies and flag performance issues
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for IoT systems and devices
  • Providing proactive recommendations and reports for improvements to our internal service teams and external customers
  • Onboarding and supporting customers with connected product lines, ensuring seamless connectivity uptime and functionality
  • Collaborating with cross-functional service and sales teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements include:

  • Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IoT solutions development supporting electronic appliances, preferably in the commercial food service equipment industry
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics and certifications in IoT or related fields is a plus
