Job Summary

As a Commercial Arborist at SavATree, your primary focus will be to develop, grow, and support your assigned sales territory. This role involves working closely with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimate jobs, and provide estimates for the work to be completed. You will also be responsible for setting up crews, validating work performance, and ensuring jobs are completed to clients' satisfaction. Additionally, you will obtain referrals, network, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and monitor landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Estimate jobs and provide estimates for the work to be completed
  • Set up crews and validate work performance to ensure jobs are completed to clients' satisfaction
  • Obtain referrals, network, and develop new business opportunities
  • Participate in community and industry events to promote SavATree's services and build relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Love solving customers' problems and helping them preserve their tree, plant, and lawn care health through industry-leading solutions
  • Green industry experience is not required, but a degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, or equivalent experience is preferred and will accelerate your learning journey
