Job Title: Orangetheory Fitness Front Desk Sales AssociateJob Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our studio.
  • Promote our fitness programs and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio.
  • Maintain accurate records and data, using our established sales systems to track and analyze sales performance.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls to ensure excellent communication and support.
  • Lead studio previews and fitness program demonstrations to showcase our services and facilities.
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up and follow through with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to membership.
  • Prospect outside the studio for new business opportunities, building relationships and generating leads.
  • Respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Onboard new clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with our Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled and our studio runs smoothly.
  • Attend and participate in all relevant training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain an effective referral program, encouraging member referrals and loyalty.
  • Attend monthly team meetings to stay informed and contribute to the success of our studio.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
