Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Selling Products/Services: Utilize solid arguments to present products and services to prospective customers, focusing on meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of existing and potential customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintaining Business Relationships: Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
- Business Planning: Create detailed plans to achieve sales goals and quotas, prioritizing strategic initiatives and resources allocation.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- New Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, leveraging industry connections to establish long-term partnerships.
- Presentation and Promotion: Effectively present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers, utilizing persuasive arguments and effective communication skills.
- Cost-Benefit and Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customers' needs, identifying opportunities to meet their requirements and exceed expectations.
- Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, effectively communicating the value proposition and driving engagement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, maximizing satisfaction and driving loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines, prioritizing results-driven strategies.
- Sales Effort Coordination: Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, driving alignment and achieving shared goals.
- Territory/Market Analysis: Analyze market potential, tracking sales and status reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Feedback: Supply management with regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Proven Work Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record as a sales representative, showcasing expertise and achievements.
- MS Office Expertise: Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, leveraging its capabilities to drive sales success.
- BRM and CRM Practices: Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Motivation and Target-Driven: High motivation and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales, consistently delivering results.
- Selling, Communication, and Negotiation Skills: Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, effectively persuading customers and driving sales success.

- Negotiable Salary and Commissions: Salary and commissions negotiable, reflecting individual performance and achievement.
- Regular Working Hours: 9:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M., Monday-Friday, with 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. on Saturdays, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
- Language Requirement: Bi-lingual Spanish is a soft requirement, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
