We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Sales Professional to join our team in Austin, TX.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Discover new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Present our services to potential clients in a compelling manner and maintain regular communication to understand their ongoing needs.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide professional support to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Data Entry: Input data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer happiness and uphold company reputation.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records of sales and data.
Requirements
  • Sales and Customer Service: Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and customer service.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Communication and Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster relationships.
  • Organizational and Time-Management: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
