Job Summary

CycleBar of United Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence to expand our community of fitness enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager with new membership sales by building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving clients through the sales process.
  • Retain and provide exceptional customer service to current members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas and drive business growth.
  • Participate in special events and promotions to promote the club and increase brand awareness.
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of sales production.
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States required.
