Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our team as a Fitness Sales Representative at CycleBar of United Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to all new and existing customers
  • Execute the sales and hospitality process for first-time customers, follow-up, and close
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production
  • Collaborate with studio management and franchise owners to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in special events to promote the club and develop selling skills
  • Maintain brand standards and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Genuine hospitality and passion for people
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Flexibility for a non-traditional schedule
