Job Title: IT Help Desk

WiredPeople, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Help Desk professional to join our team. As an IT Help Desk technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their computer systems and hardware are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Listen attentively to customers' questions and concerns, offering optimal solutions and guidance
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, escalating unresolved issues to next-level personnel as needed
  • Collaborate with desktop support engineers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Represent WiredPeople, Inc. with professionalism and integrity, upholding our company mission
  • Respond to technical inquiries through various channels, including email, online chats, and phone calls
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process, providing clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service and gather feedback
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Ability to break down complex technological processes into clear, concise instructions
  • Patient, friendly demeanor with strong listening skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Experience working as an IT Help Desk technician or in a similar customer support role
