Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise to suppliers to improve their performance and capabilities
  • Develop and implement technical data packages to ensure supplier technical performance meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives
  • Drive Raytheon design requirements to improve manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers
  • Initiate continuous and measurable design and process improvement of supplier hardware for affordability
  • Communicate and translate technical data packages to suppliers
  • Conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity, and risk
Requirements

A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience are required. A U.S. government-issued security clearance is also required. U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience with Manufacturing Engineering and design and development of products within the electrical or mechanical engineering discipline is strongly preferred.
