Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to suppliers to improve their performance and capabilities
- Develop and implement technical data packages to ensure supplier technical performance meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives
- Drive Raytheon design requirements to improve manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers
- Initiate continuous and measurable design and process improvement of supplier hardware for affordability
- Communicate and translate technical data packages to suppliers
- Conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity, and risk
A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience are required. A U.S. government-issued security clearance is also required. U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience with Manufacturing Engineering and design and development of products within the electrical or mechanical engineering discipline is strongly preferred.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
