Job Description

Job Title: Executive Director of Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Operations to join our team at CFFNY. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness center, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of all aspects of the fitness center, including facilities, equipment, and staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff members, including fitness instructors, customer service representatives, and maintenance personnel.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
