- Answering phone calls and addressing tenant inquiries.
- Managing filing and documentation tasks.

2. Maintain essential records, such as:
- Insurance certificates.
- Lease agreements.

3. Collaborate with Building Technicians and vendors to:
- Compile maintenance item lists.

4. Prepare internal documentation related to lease administration, including:
- Lease abstracts as directed.

5. Engage in lease administration activities, which may involve:
- Setting up leases.
- Processing lease modifications and reporting.

6. Process invoices for payment by:
