Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare - Beaverton/Portland Metro. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating medical and health services, ensuring seamless care delivery to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent quality of services
  • Assign new clients to clinicians based on scheduling protocols
  • Manage scheduling information using web-based applications
  • Create and maintain schedules for all employees
  • Communicate with caregivers regarding shift coverage and changes
  • Maintain a hot list of available staff for immediate placement or backup
  • Fulfill open shifts and secure coverage for call-offs or changes in client needs
  • Collaborate with Managers, Caregivers, and Clients on scheduling and changes
  • Participate in determining hiring needs and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of patient scheduling experience
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in computer use and software applications
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Caregiving experience
