As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring homeowner requests are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new home orientations to educate homeowners on appliance operation and special features.
  • Discuss the Eliant survey and deliver the 30-day assessment for warranty service.
  • Inspect, document, and supervise warranty service requests.
  • Assist teammates with customer escalations.

Customer Care Activities:

  • Complete customer care service requests within fourteen days of assessment and obtain customer sign-off.
  • Supervise trade contractors to ensure quality repairs are made.
  • Maintain field files documenting customer care activities.
  • Provide weekly service status reports to the Customer Care Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 7 years' experience in the building industry preferred.
