Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a manufacturing operation and/or commercial sales team.
  • Proven track record in talent development and training, fostering growth and advancement within the team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field or discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct sales leadership and operations experience in the packaging manufacturing sector or relative manufacturing fields.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
