Reliability Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing innovative water technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, with at least ten years of experience in reliability engineering or quality assurance roles.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, including product design, quality assurance, and field engineering, to ensure our products meet stringent reliability and quality standards. They will also have expertise in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), reliability testing, and data-driven decision-making to improve product performance and durability.
As a key member of our team, the Reliability Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely completion of reliability engineering projects within budget. They will also be expected to collaborate with product engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams to resolve reliability issues in the field and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a Master's degree or PhD is a plus. They will also have strong project management experience, including budgeting and timeline management, and proficiency in CAE tools such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, quality assurance, and field engineering, to ensure our products meet stringent reliability and quality standards.
Lead Reliability Engineering Projects:
Manage and oversee the reliability engineering lifecycle, including test planning, data analysis, and reporting to ensure projects meet quality assurance standards and product reliability goals.
FMEA Leadership:
Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) efforts for engineering projects to proactively identify potential product risks and improve long-term performance.
Data-Driven Reliability Insights:
Analyze warranty data and failure reports to provide actionable recommendations for continuous product design and development improvement.
Collaborate with product engineering, manufacturing, and customer support teams to resolve reliability issues in the field and ensure customer satisfaction.
Advanced Engineering Tools:
Utilize computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools such as SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate reliability risks and design enhancements.
Conducted performance reviews and supported the team in achieving individual and collective goals.
Project Management:
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely completion of reliability engineering projects within budget.
Experience:
At least ten years in reliability engineering or quality assurance roles, with at least four years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Proven experience in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), reliability testing, and predictive maintenance strategies
Proficiency in CAE tools (SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, FEA)
Strong project management experience, including budgeting and timeline management
Experience in data analysis and statistical methods for reliability predictions and product life cycle assessments.
