Key Responsibilities:
The Night Auditor is the first point of contact for our guests during evening hours, responsible for managing all aspects of their stay.
Your duties will include checking in guests, handling reservations, and providing information about our services and amenities.If you possess strong customer service skills and have experience in the hospitality sector, we would love to hear from you.
Your role is crucial in ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests.Main Duties:
- Conduct all check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations via phone and online platforms.
- Inform guests about payment options and verify credit card information.
- Collect necessary guest information during registration.
- Welcome guests and assign rooms upon arrival.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities.
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Confirm group bookings and arrange special services for guests.
- Promote additional services and facilities when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Generate overnight reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
Skills Required:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within the first month of employment.
Work Schedule:
- Regular schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
- May be required to be on-call during peak times.
Work Environment:
- Typical hotel or restaurant environment.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions.
