Key Responsibilities:

The Night Auditor serves as the primary point of contact for guests during evening hours, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities include managing guest registrations, overseeing reservations, and providing detailed information regarding accommodations and services.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct all check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle online and phone reservations efficiently.
  • Inform guests about payment options and verify credit card information.
  • Register guests by collecting necessary details.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms accordingly.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange special services for guests.
  • Promote additional services and facilities when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Generate overnight reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Minimum of one year in customer service is required.
