Position Overview
As a Fraud Prevention and Resolution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in anticipating future demands, addressing current client requirements, and collaborating with management to achieve business goals. Your contributions will be vital in meeting our clients' service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively forecast immediate and long-term requirements for various business lines.
- Investigate root causes of service disruptions and implement preventive measures based on analytical data.
- Organize and allocate daily workloads, keeping leadership updated on strategies and outcomes.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for senior management as needed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives and present findings to management.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement Projects and contribute to process enhancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production and capacity management.
- Proficient in various software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
