Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with the Construction and Real Estate sectors, providing essential services to governmental transportation agencies. Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a trusted member of the engagement team, delivering various assurance and consulting services.
  • Making a positive impact on clients' financial statements and business operations by:
    • Engaging proactively with clients throughout the year to gather necessary information for audit testing.
    • Conducting substantive testing as required.
    • Evaluating internal controls and discussing improvement recommendations.
    • Reviewing and analyzing billing costs to ensure compliance with regulations, investigating discrepancies as needed.
  • Learning and developing through direct coaching and participation in firm-wide training programs.
  • Utilizing your networking skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, personal development, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
