Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with the Construction and Real Estate sectors, providing essential services to governmental transportation agencies. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional audit and advisory functions, focusing on quality compliance and conducting investigations for one of the most efficient transportation systems in the nation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted member of the engagement team, delivering various assurance and consulting services.
- Making a positive impact on clients' financial statements and business operations by:
- Engaging proactively with clients throughout the year to gather necessary information for audit testing.
- Conducting substantive testing as required.
- Evaluating internal controls and discussing improvement recommendations.
- Reviewing and analyzing billing costs to ensure compliance with regulations, investigating discrepancies as needed.
- Learning and developing through direct coaching and participation in firm-wide training programs.
- Utilizing your networking skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, personal development, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
