Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based evaluation process to inform clients about their insurance choices.
  • Collaborate with the agency to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with a steadfast commitment to daily success.

Qualifications
