Job Overview

Theressa Parra Ins Agency Inc is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads to meet marketing goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on customer interactions and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
