Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at Revel Communities. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective members and their families
• Utilize strong closing skills to convert leads into sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and organize community events
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve sales strategies

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry or senior living sector
• Strong closing skills and ability to understand and respond to prospective members' needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing and motivating a team
• Understanding of the 55+ demographic and their unique preferences for upscale living and amenities
