We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to join our team at Sanborn Chevrolet, Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing enriching relationships with customers, exhibiting consultative selling skills, and continuously developing product and sales pipeline knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to build a loyal clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to become a vehicle authority.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations to customers.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Develop strategies to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Ability to learn new product information quickly and improve sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive pay scale consisting of base hourly compensation, commissions, and production bonuses based on individual or team performance.
