Role Overview: Associate Manager, Platform Services - Strategy & Operations

As a member of the Strategy & Operations team dedicated to our restaurant partners, the Associate Manager will have the chance to shape and spearhead pivotal strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth.

In your daily responsibilities, you will collaborate with various cross-functional teams and our merchant partners. This will involve designing and optimizing experiments to enhance operational efficiency, delving into data analytics to extract valuable insights, engaging with merchants to refine our product and go-to-market strategies, and establishing internal workflows to facilitate seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be crucial in propelling the company's growth, with a focus on increasing the adoption of our first-party products among small to medium-sized restaurants in the United States and Canada.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Product Expansion — Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across our platform offerings, including online ordering, tableside payment solutions, delivery services, loyalty programs, and more.
  • Merchant Advocacy — Act as the representative voice of our merchants, collaborating with teams from Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Sales, and Marketing to address critical challenges and implement scalable solutions.
  • Data Analysis — Utilize complex datasets and feedback from partner teams to generate insights and actionable recommendations for our merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Experimentation — Leverage data and sound business judgment to develop and refine processes that enhance retention and growth among our key merchant partners.
  • Best Practices — Establish and disseminate best practices for scaling the adoption of our platform products.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, or client relations.
  • A proven history of leading initiatives and collaborating across functions to achieve objectives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (capable of performing complex functions); knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in a complex or rapidly evolving environment is preferred.
Compensation Overview

The salary range for this position is competitive and reflects the skills and experience of the candidate, as well as the specific location of the role.

In addition to the base salary, the compensation package includes opportunities for equity grants.
