As a member of the Strategy & Operations team dedicated to our restaurant sector, the Associate Manager will have the chance to shape and spearhead essential strategic initiatives aimed at business expansion.

On a daily basis, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and merchants. This will involve conducting and refining experiments to enhance operations, analyzing complex data to extract insights, engaging with merchants to inform our product and go-to-market strategies, and developing internal processes to facilitate efficient teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be crucial in driving growth, with a focus on increasing the adoption of our first-party products among small to medium-sized restaurants in the US and Canada.

Your duties will encompass:

  • Product Development — Identify new growth opportunities across our platform offerings, including online ordering, tableside payment, delivery, loyalty programs, and more.
  • Merchant Advocacy – Represent the voice of the merchant by collaborating with teams from Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Sales, and Marketing to address significant challenges and implement scalable solutions.
  • Data Analysis – Utilize complex datasets alongside partner feedback to generate insights and recommendations for our merchants and internal teams.
  • Experimentation – Apply data-driven decision-making to test and establish processes that enhance retention and growth of our key merchants.
  • Best Practices – Develop and disseminate best practices for scaling the adoption of our platform products.
