As a member of the Strategy & Operations team dedicated to our restaurant sector, the Associate Manager will have the chance to shape and spearhead essential strategic initiatives aimed at business expansion.

On a daily basis, your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams and merchants. This will encompass conducting and refining experiments to optimize operations, analyzing complex data to extract insights, engaging with merchants to guide our product and go-to-market strategies, and developing internal processes to enhance team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be crucial in driving growth, particularly in increasing the adoption of our first-party products among small to medium-sized restaurants across the US and Canada.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Product Development — Identify new growth opportunities across our platform offerings, including online ordering, tableside payment, delivery services, loyalty programs, and more.
  • Merchant Advocacy – Represent the voice of the merchant by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to address significant challenges and implement scalable solutions.
  • Data Analysis – Utilize complex datasets along with feedback from partner teams to generate insights and recommendations for our merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Experimental Approach – Leverage data and sound business judgment to test and establish processes that enhance retention and growth of our key merchant accounts.
  • Scalability – Develop best practices for increasing the adoption of our platform products on a larger scale.

  • Experience in a complex or rapidly growing environment is preferred.
Compensation Overview

The base salary range for this position varies by location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
