Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects, prepare quotations, and follow up on status.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of technical products, including concepts of pressure, flow, resistance, and more.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, analyze problems, and provide solutions.
  • Enter orders into our ERP system and Salesforce, as needed.
  • Document quotations and follow-ups through Salesforce/ERP system.
  • Process all orders through our ERP system.
  • Make day-to-day decisions related to pricing and customer care within established parameters.
  • Coordinate and communicate with outside sales representatives to develop accounts within designated sales territories.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electrical, engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Results-driven personality and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical field with customer service or similar.
