As an HR Onboarding and Compliance Coordinator at the YMCA of Southwest Florida, you will be responsible for conducting various human resources functions, including employee onboarding, background screening, and benefit enrollment. You will work closely with our HR Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting employee onboarding, which may include scheduling interviews, resume review, correspondence with candidates, electronic onboarding, reference checks, and post-offer required screenings.
  • Ensuring timely communication with candidates in the talent pipeline to maintain engagement and minimize time to fill.
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
