About the Role

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a proactive and confident individual to join the Administration team in the Logistics, Administration and Event Management Division.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, managing gallery operations and the central dispatch unit. This includes supervising the Admin staff that handle budgeting, payment, fixed assets management and other daily administrative functions.

You will also be expected to perform reviews where necessary on Admin policies and procedures, and provide advice to staff on such matters. In addition to working closely with MAS departments and external parties, you will also be involved in ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative functions, including budgeting, payment, and fixed assets management
  • Supervise Admin staff and provide guidance on administrative policies and procedures
  • Work closely with MAS departments and external parties on ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Prior experience in admin/finance functions would be advantageous
  • Good analytical ability and a keen eye for details
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Have good people and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate your team members
  • Strong awareness of self and others and ability to handle difficult situations in a decisive and confident manner
  • Good understanding of team dynamics
