Overview

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of scaling businesses in the US and Canada. They will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and influencers in North America
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of scaling businesses in the US and Canada
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
