Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Hyundai AutoEver America. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the procurement of goods and services for our company and its business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery of IT hardware, software, and professional services with suppliers.
  • Administer the request for proposal/quote (RFX) process from creation to final award.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers to determine if they meet our quality, delivery, capacity, and cost needs.
  • Place orders with our supply base and provide status information on Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) to the originators.
  • Perform spend analysis on commodity spend and prepare and enter PR and contracts into our Procurement System.
  • Manage vendor relationships and risks, and work with third-party vendors and legal to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Support the Manager with workload assignments, manage incoming user requests, and provide guidance to all on the process and procedures related to procurement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proficient in developing business requirements documentation, process flows, status reports, and presentations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • CPSM, CSM, C.P.M. or purchasing certificate preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,390 - $90,200 per year, and a dynamic work environment that values innovation and teamwork.
