About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and inputting customer orders, answering phone calls and inquiries, dispatching products and materials for delivery, and processing incoming invoices from vendors. They will also assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as accounts payable, payroll, etc., and assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing-related tasks - preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
